2011-03-26 - Sales launch Crown Apartments great successVorm Ontwikkeling looks back on a successful sales launch for the Crown Apartments in the plan Terras aan de Maas in Spijkenisse. Those interested were first given the opportunity to admire the buildings and the twenty beautiful apartments in 3D. 3D capacity was present to assist with 'flying' through the Virtual Scale Model. Visitors were invited to be 'flown' to the desired apartment.
2011-03-09 - Collaboration Blauwhoed for 3D elaboration ParkwijkBlauwhoed is developing 100 dwellings for the plan Parkwijk in Berkel-Rodenrijs. In support of selling these houses, 3D capacity will create a Virtual Scale Model of the plan. The Virtual Scale Model will also be used during conversations with inhabitants of the nearby apartment complexes. Key topics are lines of sight, the amount of green and distances to the different houses. Like no other, the Virtual Scale Model offers a substantive and fair view of the future situation.
2011-03-07 - Virtual Scale Model for centre plan Keijzersveste
Up to 2019, approximately 2300 dwellings are built in the plan Keijzershof in Pijnacker-Nootdorp for starters, transferees, youth and adults in different price ranges. Keijzershof is divided into four areas: Erven, Island, Boszoom and Centre. The central area Keijzersveste
will house a full service supermarket, various shops, restaurants and parking. The centre plan offers a lively variety of canal houses, townhouses, split houses and apartments. 3D capacity will create a Virtual Scale Model for the entire central area which will be displayed in the sales center and at the brokers.
2011-03-03 - AM & Staedion choose 3D capacity for 'De Watertuinen''De Watertuinen van Delft' will be a new residential area of approximately 850 houses with a significant focus on green areas and water. In the area located on the former TNO-terrain south of the Delft city centre, single-family houses, detached homes, commuter houses and apartments are being developed. From an early stage, 3D capacity has been involved in the project. The various urban plans of Dick van Gameren will be integrated in a Virtual Scale Model. By doing so, the plan can be assessed and optimized from every position. Using the Virtual Scale Model, the plans can be communicated in a clear manner during conversations with stakeholders, including the municipality.
