2013-04-29 - Virtual assistance for participation event project Stork

Project Stork is a joint development of the municipality, housing corporation 'De Alliantie' and Education Foundation 'Wellant'. After the success of Villa Industria, 'De Alliantie' asked 3D capacity to create a Virtual Scale Model for this plan. During 2 well frequented evenings at the end of April, 3D capacity was present to assist 'flying' through the Virtual Scale Model , which offered all visitors a good impression of the new plans. In June there are 2 more of these evenings.

2013-04-15 - 3D capacity wins pitch Heembouw & Hoorne Vastgoed

Hoorne Vastgoed and Heembouw have started the development of the plan 'De Oevers' in Roelofarendsveen. This plan consists of 292 dwellings and about 7.000 square meter of shops and other facilities. To stimulate the selling of the dwellings 3D capacity was asked to create a Virtual Scale Model of this plan. The visual quality of our visuals, short lead time and the many possibilities of the Virtual Scale Model were the deciding factors for choosing 3D capacity!

2013-04-09 - Virtual Scale Model centre plan Vlijmen

Heijmans is developing a completely new city centre for Vlijmen (municipality of Heusden). The plan consists of approximately 5,000 square meters of retail space, 45 apartments (both social rent and sale) and 350 parking spaces of which 210 underground. Heijmans will also develop the public space. The Virtual Scale Model we are developing for the project will initially serve as a design tool to optimally test the plans. Furthermore, the integrated photo function in the Virtual Scale Model allows the generation of unlimited (and free) images from any position in the model.

2013-04-02 - Floor plans offices Hoflaan Vastgoed

Commissioned by 'Hoflaan Vastgoed', 3D capacity will create interior floor plans of the office building 'Mercurion' at the Handelskade 49 in the Plaspoelpolder in Rijswijk. The building was completely renovated and has a high acceptance level. The floor plans will give potential users the opportunity to get a clear view of all the different areas and the various layout options.
