2012-09-06 - Virtual Scale Model for the University of Leiden

The buildings of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FWN) of the Leiden University no longer meet current technical requirements. That is one of the reasons a new Beta faculty will be built in Leiden. 3D capacity was asked to create a Virtual Scale Model of both the exterior and the interior of the new building, also explaining the different construction phases to students and other stakeholders. The Virtual Scale Model will be created reusing the 3D BIM models and drawings produced by Inbo architects.

2012-09-03 - Getting started with Alpha & Omega in Nijmegen

The current church and its rectory at the Professor Weliestraat in Nijmegen will be demolished. On the plot two the apartment buildings Alpha & Omega will be erected. Standvast Wonen commissioned 3D capacity to create a Virtual Scale Model of the project. The Virtual Scale Model provides Standvast Wonen not only a tool to inform involved parties and stakeholders about the plans, but also an excellent presentation to stimulate the renting and selling of the apartments!
