In the North East part of Oosterheem, Zoetermeer, three unique buildings arise with a fresh, modern appearance. The plan Liberté, developed by ASR Vastgoed, consists of the three buildings Cézanne, Matisse and Renoir, positioned in the green surroundings. Cézanne offers 24 royal Loft apppartements, Matisse and Renoir each contain 10 Comfort appartements.
A Virtual Scale Model was created for the plan in which both the exterior of the plan and the interiors of a couple of loft appartments can be explored. The double height loft appartments have tall windows and flexible floor plans that can be arranged by its customers. This offers a magnificent spatial quality that is hardly comprehensible from drawings.
The possibility to navigate freely throughout the plan area underlines the flexible identity of the lofts and their organisation inside the the collectivity of the Cézanne building. Additionally, the large windows unlock a beautiful view over the water and the nearby park.
