Inner city urban renewal

Suytkade is an inner-city redevelopment of 24 hectares, 1100 homes, 25000 square meters for offices and 24000 square meters for leisure. The new district is located south of the Eindhoven-Venlo railway in the area of the former Hatéma factories.

Sales

The first parts of the project plan are included in the Virtual Scale Model. These are used for design studies and the sales process. According to Anthonie Berkens, broker at Van Santvoort Makelaardij, the Virtual Scale Model works very well for people when they want to experience the view from the castle balconies. "I simply fly to any balcony, providing a very good view of the future. People respond very enthousiastic to the Virtual Scale Model."

Model updates

According to Menno Riemersma, Property Developer at Van Wijnen, it is very useful to a developer that new developments can be put right in place. The Virtual Scale Model will be updated over the years with the next plan phases.
