2009-03-18 - Westenholte exhibited at World Water Forum Istanbul

The Virtual Scale Model of the project Westenholte was praised by the attending national and international parties at the World Water Forum held in Istanbul last week. Using the Virtual Scale Model, the Province of Overijssel was able to communicate the vanguard of the program 'Ruimte voor de Rivier' in a clear and informative way. Minister of State Huizinga of the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management has signed the realization agreement for the project in the presence of the Dutch Crown prince Willem Alexander. 2009-03-05 - Inhabitants Alkmaar walk in their virtual backyard

Part of the city program of the municipality of Alkmaar is the improvement of access and transit roads including the so-called 'Zeswielen Tracé'. The council has chosen a route alongside the back of some houses. A Virtual Scale Model has been created so that anyone can compare the current with the new situation during current participation events. This allows the residents a clear view of the design in 3D, giving them an opportunity to study the impact of the new design.

2009-03-05 - Virtual participation for inhabitants Amersfoort

On wednesday March 4, the information event about the final design of the public space around the so called 'Kersenbaan' took place. The Virtual Scale Model has served the municipality in reviewing the variants of the to be constructed embedded main road and to choose the best design. Residents have the opportunity to give their opinions about the construction of noise barriers and the establishment of the green area between March to April 2009. During the process the Virtual Scale Model has been updated repeatedly to reflect the different design stages and make them comprehensible. Read more...

2009-03-04 - Robijn and OMO Small and Powerful on 3D LCD

One year after the successful presentation of the new generation Small & Powerful detergents a special 3D animation has been made for a trade event in order to celebrate. The realized savings with the introduction Robijn and OMO Small & Powerful were presented on a Philips 3D LCD whereby the images came out of the screen. During the presentation, the various trade partners of Unilever were present in WATT Rotterdam to witness this special show. Read more...
