2011-09-21 - Expansion Virtual Helmond with project Helmond West

The municipality of Helmond commissioned 3D capacity to model a number of projects in the Helmond city centre in 3D. Using the 'Virtuocity' platform, the user can login and walk online through virtual parts of the city of Helmond. After a number of successfully completed projects such as Suytkade, High Voltage Masts Brandevoort, rail fencing and Sluis 7, we have now started working on the addition of large parts of Helmond-west.

2011-09-20 - Plantage De Sniep in interactive 3D

The financial crisis has led to revision of the original urban plan for 'Plantage de Sniep'. In the new design a number of residential areas has been designated that will be gradually developed from east to west. In the northern part of the area a number of private plots are available. The municipality of Diemen has asked 3D capacity to create a Virtual Scale Model to properly communicate the private plots, the total plan and the special location.

2011-09-02 - Virtual Scale Model New Mariënpark for Vidomes

In the coming years Vidomes will be building the project New Mariënpark in Leidschendam. On the site of the current nursing home, houses for assisted living and monastery the new plan will congregate various housing, welfare and care functions. The plan consists of 106 houses in both the affordable rental and the luxury sale segments. Additionally, 39 smaller apartments will be built for residents now depending on the nursing home. In the plan approximately 1750m² is intended for facilities focusing on both leisure and entertainment as well as care and health. Vidomes commissioned 3D capacity to create a Virtual Scale Model of the project.

2011-09-01 - Innovative development for VISADE project 'Haagwijk'

Haagwijk is part of the so-called Duivenvoorde Corridor, a more or less open and partly cluttered landscape with glasshouses between Voorschoten, Leidschendam-Voorburg, the railway track and the canal the Vliet. Buitenplaats Haagwijk provides seven private plots and a building for up to 11 luxury apartments. Assisted by an architect, potential buyers are given the opportunity to develop their own property. Visade uses the Virtual Scale Model to optimally support this process.
