2008-12-23 - Fortis Real Estate chooses Virtual Scale Model

After the success of two earlier projects, the new centre of Waddinxveen and the plan Meerrijk in Eindhoven, Fortis Real Estate has also chosen for the Virtual Scale Model to communicate the development of 44 lofts and comfort apartments in Oosterheem, Zoetermeer. Apart from being an ideal design instrument during the development phase, the Virtual Scale Model will allow potential customers to explore both the interior and exterior of the special architecture at their own pace.

2008-12-17 - 3D capacity wins pitch Stadhouderspark

Bouwfonds MAB Eindhoven is developing a prestigious plan in an afforested area. The Stadhouderspark will contain 650 stylish houses, designed by three renowned Dutch architectural offices. For the visualization of the plan, a Virtual Scale Model by 3D capacity was chosen after a brief pitch. The visual quality, interactive nature and rich possibilities of the Virtual Scale Model as integral 3D communication instrument during the entire process were critical in the final decision to choose beyond a traditional 3D animation. 2008-12-16 - 600 Virtual houses for Almere Harbour

For the project Almere Harbour, Bouwfonds MAB Haarlem is developing 600 houses outside the Dutch dikes, an uncommon practice. In an early stage, 3D capacity has created a Virtual Scale Model for the urban design to communicate the plan to the municipality, surrounding citizens and stakeholders. This interactive mass study offers the first complete overview of the plan, as well as the possibility to study all possible birds' eye and street level views. 2008-12-15 - Turn Key solution sales event 'Residence Amalia'

On December 15th, the one and only sales event for Florie Projectontwikkeling's project 'Residence Amalia' in Houten, the Netherlands, took place. Visitors had an opportunity to acquant themselves with the project using artist's impressions, floor plans and an animation movie created by 3D capacity. Most of all, the event also offered an assisted virtual visit to the building within our Virtual Scale Model, answering all possible questions asked by interested customers.
