2012-06-04 - Visuals for prestigious project Calypso Rotterdam
On the corner of the Schouwburgplein and the Mauritsweg in Rotterdam a new building called The Calypso will rise. This new complex is being built on the area of the Holiday Inn hotel, the Paulus Church and the former cinema Calypso. Next to 407 appartments the project will accomodate offices and shops. Commissioned by VolkerWessels, 3D capacity will create interior renders and floor plans of the four office floors. The styling for these images will be developed in collaboration with
Eckhart and the communication agency
Naam & Faam.
2012-05-14 - Festivities for start renewal Overtoomse Veld
Last friday May 11, the renewal of the district Stadstuin Overtoom in Amsterdam was celebrated on location. The project is based on the 'Co-Green' concept, an initiative of Eigen Haard, ERA Contour, KOW architects and demolishion company Oranje to realise a climate-neutral neighbourhood with an optimal quality of life. Together with local inhabitants, the co-makers, councilors Maarten van Poelgeest and Paulus de Wilt have officially marked the start of the project. The Virtual Scale Model by 3D capacity was hereby presented at an info stand. To offer all visitors a good view on the new plans, attendees were invited to fly through the plans in 3D themselves. A succesful launch of a special project!
2012-05-04 - Visuals for residential plan Oosterweyden
Oosterweyden is a new residential area on the east side of the village Maurik.
Prince Foundation Projects and Property Management Betuwe (SWB) have commissioned 3D capacity to produce visualizations for Phase I of the plan. The location is accessible via a new bypass, which has a direct connection to the N320 (Culemborg - Kesteren). In Oosterweyden, a variety of new housing will be realized including dwellings for sale and for rent.
2012-04-25 - Successful sales kickoff for Westerhaghe
New development Westerhaghe in Rijnsburg went on sale last Saturday, April 21. In this plan, housing agency Dunavie is building 62 apartments and 52 houses. The Virtual Scale Model of the plan was the centerpiece of the event. Visitors were able to experience the project on a large screen. All present could acquaint themselves with the plan by exploring the 3D model. People of all ages hereby initiated to fly around in the Virtual Scale Model. Our client Dunavie and involved brokers are very excited about this way of communicating their project.
