Living in luxury

The plan Stadhouderspark in Vught is a remarkable plan. Inbetween the trees on the former military base Frederik Hendrikkazerne, the sports fields of the former Isabelle base and some private grounds between those, Bouwfonds Ontwikkeling is developing 222 dwellings and 13 private parcels in three plan phases. A plan full of qualities that beg for a proper communication. "The plan is both remarkable and hard to explain.", says Carlo van Dommelen, Head of Sales at Bouwfonds Ontwikkeling. "We were looking for an instrument that is capable of doing that. The dialog with 3D capacity during the pitch phase gave us confidence and was the kickoff for our collaboration. We are very satisfied." The ability to freely navigate through the Virtual Scale Model makes the plan comprehensible for customers, but for example also for the city council."

Building step by step

The Virtual Scale Model was used extensively during the development phase as well. "The advantage of the Virtual Scale Model over an animation is that it can be extended easily. The Virtual Scale Model clarifies the designs and its numerous details. After that you can quickly get a number of artist's impressions and an animation movie from the same model." The appartment buildings that are still in development will be added to the Virtual Scale Model when they are finished.

Sales event

The Virtual Scale Model was officially inaugurated by the local councillor Ben Brands during the first sales event on location on july 12th. After that, around 1500 visitors were able to get a virtual tour through the plan area.
